Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use the system for applicant tracking, employee profile housing, payroll, benefits, time and attendance, time off, and tax. The system is used by the whole organization. It helps with the flow of new employees, timekeeping (punches and PTO requests), and pay.
  • Time punch recording.
  • Pay statement record keeping.
  • Tax amendments.
  • Representative knowledge of new functions.
  • Cost.
  • Less time spent on certain tasks.
  • Background
The background feature was a flop. The supporting team did not understand that the turn around time was not being met. And, the communication was not there either.
In the past, I have processed payroll start to finish and really like the control that is established. Paychex was altering the information in our system without authorization. ADP does not make changes without authorization and there is some control.
The best use is for companies where your supervisors have the authorization to make changes to schedules. Also, where your payroll/human resources team embraces change.
