Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being used as a clock in/clock out so employees are able to get their work hours logged. Sometimes the service does not work and is slow at receiving input from the user. In addition, in an environment that does not have the best reception for data service, it can be a hassle and can lead to the app not working.

  • Keeping track of employees.
  • The phone app tends to be inconsistent.
  • The user-interface could use some help.
  • Being able to get employees paid the correct amount.
I enjoy it when I am able to use ADP on my phone rather than having to go to a computer to use the browser to clock in and clock out of work. However, if I do not have a great connection, the app will be an inconvenience, which I don't enjoy. I am would recommend making the app slightly lighter so that it is able to work better on a phone, whereas if we needed more details from our account we can go to our computers for that.

COVID-19 Response

ADP Workforce supported my business through the COVID-19 crisis by being able to allow employees clock in and clock in for work. It was a great and seamless experience. This ensures that employees get paid on time and can do it from the convenience of their phones from anywhere. Overall, it is a great experience when it works, but can be slow under heavy loads.

We did not use these resources because we used our own protocol to follow to limit the spread of COVID-19.
The ADP mobile application has allowed all employees of the organization to keep getting paid every two weeks as we normally do. As employees, it is important, so that we can make a living and pay the bills that we need to. ADP workforce has been a great application and makes every employee's life easier to ensure they get paid in a timely manner.
