Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing for 67 remote locations across the Midwest. Some of our locations are in very remote areas. This allows us to be able to track employee time & attendance etc all in one area making payroll processing much more efficient.
  • Easy tracking, recording, and filing of employee time, deductions, quarterly/annual filings etc.
  • Ease of use for employees to approve timecards for payroll.
  • Assigning Time & Attendance Mangers used to be simple. ADP has added steps that have made this more difficult.
  • ADP needs to implement a way for the Administrator to issue passwords. Some employees are not internet savvy and have a hard time resetting passwords.
  • Birddog
  • HRNX
We use Birddog for our ATS and implemented this with ADP Workforce Now to streamline onboarding. The process was quite cumbersome and not the best solution. Many fields still have to be manually entered. We are now having to re-implement this process due to the 2020 W-4 update.
I've only used ADP.
ADP Workforce Now is a good solution for businesses looking to streamline the payroll process. We use ADP to take care of payroll for 67 locations allowing timecards, deductions, etc to all be in one "live" location that can be monitored by the Administrator.

COVID-19 Response

ADP did a good job with helping us get the tax credits for the Federal Sick Pay. They created and mapped the Federal Sick Pay codes. They also did several webinar trainings on how the sick pay codes worked.
ADP also created reports for the PPP program which were useful for getting the loan and the forgiveness. However, when asked about creating a report for the look back period for seasonal employers, all requests were ignored which was very frustrating.
ADP created reports for the PPP program which were useful for getting the loan and the forgiveness. However, when asked about creating a report for the look back period for seasonal employers, all requests were ignored which was very frustrating.

No other methods/assistance was used for transitioning back to work through ADP.
The webinars were very useful in how to apply the different factors of the Federal Sick Pay to employees and how to receive the credits. ADP creating the sick pay codes and mapping them for customers was extremely helpful as well.
The webinar showing which part of the PPP Forgiveness reports corresponding with the PPP Forgiveness Loan Application was the most helpful for me.
ADPs forum The Bridge was the most helpful during this time.
