Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used by select managers and supervisors, as well as accounting and human resources administrators. The Time & Attendance feature is used daily by managers and supervisors to review time cards. HR and Accounting use all functions for personnel records, timekeeping and attendance records, benefits, and payroll.
  • Tabs are organized well to assist the user.
  • Historical records are kept and easy to access.
  • Not always the easiest to get new users set up
  • Many tasks for payroll and pay data require a lot of clicks.
  • Ability to keep payroll services internal
I have used it in various roles in the company, and it can be opened or closed to fit specific needs, as well as working for companies of different sizes.
ADP Workforce Now has a great many functions and users can have specific access to certain features, which is great for confidentiality and ease of use for specific managers/supervisors.
