Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ADP Workforce Now is being used among four branches of my company for payroll administration. We commonly run into problems with finding reporting or contacting the current payroll account manager for ADP. Reporting is so extensive it becomes difficult to narrow down what exactly we need without support from ADP.

Pros and Cons

Ease of submission
Ease of uploading payroll from another source

Finding a report you need--the menu is too extensive
Better support than the Bridge--we commonly cannot find answers

Less time to process payroll without ADP

Scalability

Overall, the product does what we need, but there is much more we could use. At times it is difficult to navigate to what we need. Reporting is so extensive you cannot narrow what you need. Fewer reports but more ability to filter items would be better.

The decision was made based on cost. Both products were the same.

Likelihood to Recommend

ADP Workforce Now is handling our WOTC credits. With the new online application, employees easily submit WOTC. ADP Workforce Now does not hold reports for greater than one year, which forces us to keep reports on our server
