Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is our company's HRIS system, and it is currently being used by all employees for functions including timekeeping, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Accurate timekeeping
  • User-friendly interface
  • Wait times on phone calls could be shorter
Since starting with the company, I have not had much experience or need to adjust the product for the size of our company.
  • Have often pulled ADP reports to maintain compliance with external vendors/institutions.
Depth of integration was minimal; pretty easy to achieve.
I have used Sage HRMS at a previous employer, and ADP Workforce Now is far more user-friendly. I did not select ADP Workforce Now; it is just what my current company uses.
ADP Workforce Now is well suited for payroll, timekeeping, benefits administration, and employment history. I'm not sure if it's less suited, but in general, I just have less experience using it for performance management and hiring functions.
