Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP WFN for all HRIS. It's our "daily driver" so it solves all our issues.

Pros

  • Ease of use.
  • Time card functions.

Cons

  • Customer service with ADP.
  • Speed of product.
  • Carrier Connection Files
  • Training Software
Fairly easily.
We have used ADP for many years. There are many other software out there, but I think they all have their own issues.
I think that ADP is great for organizations of this size. If I were at a smaller company, I would likely not recommend.
