Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Bell Ambulance uses ADP Workforce Now company wide. Mainly for HR purposes to keep confidential information and to keep personal information hidden. It also helps to do payroll, check pay stubs, and to keep documentation for all of our employees. It also allows our employees to request time off even while using the app.

Pros

  • Payroll.
  • Tax Information.

Cons

  • I think it's user friendly and haven't found much wrong.
It's nice because ADP works for payroll, HR, and management.

Very happy with the product.
I can only speak for myself, but I love ADP Workforce Now because I am able to get access via my phone. This is helpful because I had access to get information while I was trying to rent a house. I was able to send all of my paystubs to the person's email. This was very helpful. I also like the function where we are able to archive and unarchive employees.
