At Agile we use ADP for all aspects of our business, hiring, terminations, recruiting, disciplinary actions and payroll . ADP is being used across our entire organization by all levels of management. The hiring process in ADP is extremely user friendly. Viewing payroll information, entering deductions and talent profile information as well as the I9 management process are quick and easy. When entering new hires, it flows in a manner that a 5 year old could follow. The application screen flows with each click.
