My account manager is amazing. She fully understands the idiosyncrasies and complexity of our company and is quick to respond with options and solutions to any challenge. She follows up on issues and proactively provides suggestions and tools to assist at quarter and year end. 9 out of 10 since no one is perfect.

VERY HIT OR MISS. I tell my team to call ADP first thing in the morning so that we will talk to someone who is based in the US. Not trying to say that the people who are in India or other countries are stupid but their accents are very thick and often they do not understand what I am talking about.

When you switched to non-US call centers the level of frustration increased exponentially. Hard to understand all employees, they don't know the answers all the time and instead of asking someone else or transferring to a supervisor you are on the phone for hours. Literally. No 2 people solve the same problem in the same way.

The support from ADP client service is fantastic. Most of the time, one call can resolve my question or issue. On occasion, when I have a more complex issue, there will need to be follow up or even an amendment filed. In those instances, normally ADP sends a follow up email with the case number and details. I can then continue email contact with the representative (versus calling and starting over with someone new).

On occasion I have needed to escalate an issue, either for more immediate resolution or a more experienced team member involvement. However, the CR team appears well trained as to when that level of involvement is appropriate and they will not hesitate to escalate.

It's not easy to give anyone a 10, but ADP comes pretty close. Their staff is usually aware of any "emergencies" such as "outages" or updates. I can honestly say that 90-95% of the time when we have to call into support , the problem is resolved on the one phone call. When it comes to specific reporting , this is when we spend more time on the phone, but that is to be expected.

I just have always been taken care of either by a direct assigned account manager or via the call center. Customer Satisfaction is above standard.

The payroll support is excellent, but the support on the technical side is lacking. The support for the portal is especially lacking. I think they need more training to be able to serve the customer more efficiently. I have had issues with employees not being able to log in even after resetting the password, and have had to call back a couple of different times to get results. Luckily I don't have issues that I need to call them about very often.

ADP has gone back to the designated "team support" module for clients on the newer versions of WFN, and the introduction of "The Bridge" has just added additional resources for problem resolution. It is a blog of current users who can share ideas/solutions in real time. And open case numbers are relatively east to track, and will allow the clients to view status of specific cases in the near future. We currently have no open items!

It often takes quite a long time to reach a resource when calling ADP for support. Then once connected I have found the representatives to have varying degrees of knowledge on the topic, making solutions to issues inconsistent.

There is no dedicated support team so the problem is you are at the mercy of the individual you get on the call in line. Sometimes they give you good advice, other times not so much. We have had to request an Account Coordinator a few times (weekly phone calls) to follow up on issues. Sometimes, they don't notify you when your issue is resolved.

Having to repeat issues to several representatives most of the time. Terrible lack of response in most cases and taking days or weeks to resolve anything.

ADP's support is very good when you get them on the phone; sometimes the wait time to get support is too long.
