Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ADP Workforce has been a beneficial tool for me as a one-stop app to view my pay stubs, paid time off, tax information, and health insurance documents. It is laid out easy to follow and it runs smoothly.

Pros and Cons

Shows detailed pay stubs.
Calculates PTO (paid time off).
Health insurance information.

Sometimes the PTO calculation is a little behind.

Return on Investment

It has made it more tangible for the business as it makes having a secretary not necessary.

Scalability

I give it an 8 out of 10 solely based on the PTO issue I have already addressed. I like that the employee pay stub is available to view before the check is actually available in the employee's bank account.

It is integrated as far as timecards.

I haven't had too many issues, but any issues I have had have been easily addressed and solved quickly.

ADP Workforce works well, but the PTO calculation is the only issue I have seen. It isn't so much an issue as it is just not having that information always be accurate.
