Overall Satisfaction with AdWords

We use AdWords to help us gain visibility on the first page of Google. It allows us to reach a large audience with an investment that is significantly less than traditional advertising methods such as print advertising. Additionally, by using the tools that AdWords provides, we are able to make adjustments to our website to ensure optimal conversion rates. Using AdWords has also allowed us to geographically target certain areas and exclude others.

  • Some menus are hard to find
  • Managing bids can be confusing
  • There should be more automated alerts if campaigns have sudden drops in clicks
  • Website traffic has doubled

  • We have been able to adjust our website to have more relevant content for landing pages
There is much more click through and impressions with AdWords than with Bing Ads. There is a higher conversion rate as well and AdWords has more robust analytics and analysis tools than Bing Ads.
Ease of use, it is the standard in online advertising and we have observed measurable results. Additionally, Google has free consultants who will constantly help you optimize and tweak your campaigns in order to acheive maximum clicks/impressions/conversions.
