We use AgoraPulse in my company to manage other companies' social presence, along with our own.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Scheduling-- some other companies' interfaces are a bit clunky, providing more than most people or agencies need.
Comment Management-- this system is easy to manage and assign to other users.

Cons

I cannot think of a feature that could use improvement on their part outside of supporting more platforms.

This has helped us remain positive every month with its simple to use interface leaving little room for time consuming tasks and loss or productivity.

Alternatives Considered

Social Report, Hootsuite Free and Smartsheet

In my opinion AgoraPulse is a hands down alternative on every front.

The price is well suited for agencies looking to get a start in their industry.
