Overall Satisfaction with AgoraPulse
I'm working in a trade union. In order to expand our services to members, we are giving legal advice to our members through Facebook and other social media. We are using different Facebook pages for each industry (construction, cleaning, household activities, safeguarding, ...) and we use AgoraPulse to publish items to our Facebook page and manage reactions.
In our very decentralized organisation, only the central department is using AgoraPulse.

- Allows you to post fast responses
- Easy to reply in PM
- Good overview of all your posts
- Limited functionality on advertising
- You can't tag a user over multiple pages
- Automatic reply isn't possible
5 - 2 of my collegues using AgoraPulse are in the communication services-department, 3 others (including me) are working in the legal advice department.
- We don't have a measurable ROI at the moment (not due to AgoraPulse, but due to our own lack of decent CMS system to follow up the users).
- We think it has a very positive effect on retaining our members and do have regularly positive commentary form our members.
- In order to have a positive effect on our Facebook pages, it's really helpful to promote our page significantly
AgoraPulse is much more reasonable pricewise. Falcon.io has more features, but costs 6 times more than AgoraPulse. If you're starting to use Facebook for your business and want more than Facebook can offer, AgoraPulse is the first step (and for most the final step) you need to take.
We are currently facing the limits of AgoraPulse though (having >20 Facebook pages and > 50000 page followers) and want to know more of our customers.
