Overall Satisfaction with AgoraPulse
AgoraPulse is the perfect social media management app. AgoraPulse provides some of the best analytics. We use it to schedule on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. After the posts go live we can track their presence using their wonderful analytics.
- We use AgoraPulse to track competitors which is great.
- They have a social inbox feature that help with customer service.
- The feature of Instagram publishing currently, only supports 1 photo - no videos, no carrousel
- Instagram reports do not include stories data

- AgoraPulse has improved the flow of communication. We are more productive because we can optimize times and as a result, we provide a better service to customers.
We have worked with Iconsquare for a long time, and it is an excellent tool especially for Instagram. However, AgoraPulse turns out to be more complete; it greatly improves the team workflow and allows downloading the reports [that are] perfectly editable!!
