Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse

Agora Pulse provides our Marketing Department a terrific platform to schedule all our social media content. Its intuitive interface allows us to create and preview a post from scratch which we can then either send instantly or schedule later across multiple platforms all at once. With tools like the URL Tracker, we are able to implement our own campaign details and subsequently monitor a post's progress.

Pros

  • Easy to use interface.
  • Create, Preview, Send and Schedule a post across multiple platforms all at once.
  • Simple Calendar feature allows you to quickly monitor upcoming events/content.

Cons

  • Instagram functionality i.e. @mentions, multiple photo posting, etc.
  • The initial screen when logged in is set to Inbox. Would prefer it to be the Publisher screen.
3 - Marketing
  • The time that has been saved using the features highlighted previously has been great. This allows us to pay more attention to other aspects of the business.
  • We have been able to monitor our personal campaigns through analytics and see what has been working and what hasn't.
Agorapulse's ability to turn on URL tracking was a real deal breaker and we have not found a service which matches that in terms of functionality.
Agora Pulse is less appropriate if managing only one social media platform.

Did you know that you can see your Instagram @mentions in the Listening tab (and not the inbox)? Feel free to reach out to our amazing support team if you can't find it.
