Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse

We use Agorapulse to schedule content for one of our big brands with over 30 million social followers. It is used by myself from the Marketing department in combination with one other user from the client-side. We schedule a combination of content and store posts across Facebook, IG, and Twitter.
  • Scheduling across platforms.
  • Display our posts in calendar format.
  • API restrictions with social networks.
  • Deeper insights/analytics.
  • Scheduling posts saves us time and time = money.
  • Scheduling content frees up our client to post more about the store.
Agorapulse has been the first scheduler I have used. Based on a small amount of research it seems most of these companies/platforms can do similar things, especially with restrictions on scheduled posts coming from the social networks themselves.

Do you think Agorapulse delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Agorapulse's feature set?

Yes

Did Agorapulse live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Agorapulse go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Agorapulse again?

Yes

The UI is intuitive and the calendar / publishing option is our main use. We signed up for that reason and that's what we mostly use it for.
The Agorapulse team is responsive and gets back to us quickly for any bugs or questions we may have.
Agorapulse is great for scheduling posts across social networks. We currently only use it for one brand, but the ability to schedule multiple brands within the same dashboard is cool. You can also assign posts to particular users for approval, which is helpful in the agency world. I do wish we could get more out of their analytics offering.
