Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse

We are using Agorapulse to [streamline] posting for our various products. We use a workflow with the product teams so they can share new content for approval, and Marketing can review and schedule posts. This makes it easier for us so marketing does not have to understand every new blog post or piece of technical content in order to create a social post.
  • Easy-to-use and visually appealing web interface
  • Assigning posts for approval
  • Adding users or social profiles. It's both simple to add users or profiles, and the pricing structure means you can purchase one new profile or user at a time without having to upgrade to a much more expensive tier with lots of slots we don't need.
  • The mobile app. It's time-consuming to review listening posts because the sidebar menu only shows the inbox. It's not clear this is happening until you started clicking [around] and realizing it. You also can't approve YouTube comments from the mobile app.
  • We like scheduling content across multiple profiles at once, but have to add a step because we can only customize one link on the thumbnail image.
  • There is no approval process available for comments/replies to messages or posts.
  • It saves us a lot of time that was previously spent sharing posts via email or communicating about replies to customer comments/messages via email or chat.
Hootsuite was much more expensive and robust that we needed.

It meets the vast majority of our needs, minus a few quirks. The support is fast and responsive.
They reply very quickly. I love the support chat feature right in the app.
[Agorapulse is] a good price for what it is and easy to scale and onboard new employees.
