Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse

As a telecommunications company with a social media department of 1, we needed a solution to allow for posting to multiple networks that offered easy reporting. We also wanted to implement social listening as a company, and Agorapulse checked that box. We manage our Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram networks with Agorapulse.

When we used Hootsuite we only used the free version, but the interface was cluttered and disorganized. We much prefer Agorapulse, where you can see things by network and keep things clean and organized. The mobile app is much better with Agorapulse as well.

It was easy to implement and use Agorapulse in one afternoon. Navigation is simple and straightforward. It just works well.
I have not had to reach out to Agorapulse support, however all contacts with employees at launch and renewal were very helpful and friendly.
We found Agorapulse to be very easy to use, and easy to start out with and learn their platform. The automated reporting has helped us show ROI for Facebook and prepare professional reports for Leadership to see the impact from our social efforts. It's easy to reshare prior content and repurpose content for other networks. The social media calendar is also helpful to plan content for the month and share with others. We used the content approval process with a marketing intern. We wanted them to be able to create posts, but still wanted to have the final approval before the posts went live. It worked very well.
