Good voiceover ip option
Overall Satisfaction with Aircall
We use Aircall for our support line and our texting with clients.
Pros
- The voice over ip works well. I can hear clients well
- It can be installed any device and work from anywhere
- All of our team can see the same things
Cons
- It doesn't autolaunch and sometimes I forget to open the app on my desktop
- I never hear text notifications
- It makes it easier for our remote team to communicate with customers. We're all over North America with clients all over the world.
- Intercom
Aircall is a little different from Intercom in that it is specifically for phone and text BUT Intercom just released phone calls and texting options.....
