Overall Satisfaction with Aircall

We use Aircall for our support line and our texting with clients.

Pros

  • The voice over ip works well. I can hear clients well
  • It can be installed any device and work from anywhere
  • All of our team can see the same things

Cons

  • It doesn't autolaunch and sometimes I forget to open the app on my desktop
  • I never hear text notifications
  • It makes it easier for our remote team to communicate with customers. We're all over North America with clients all over the world.
  • Intercom
Aircall is a little different from Intercom in that it is specifically for phone and text BUT Intercom just released phone calls and texting options.....
