I use Aircall for my sales calls as part of my job in a software company. The whole company uses is for sales, customer service and admin calls.
It is simple, effective, integrates well with our CRM and the ability to send SMS messages is amazing.

- Integrates very well within HubSpot.
- Allows for a very strong signal with very little connection issues.

Cons
- Your recording is basic, we use Clari Co Pilot to analyse the recordings.
- Access is via app only, desktop analysis would be great.
- Allows us a fully integrated phone system without having to pay crazy prices.
We have always had it with no desire to change.
