Overall Satisfaction with Airtable
We use Airtable for the iEXCEL program at UNMC. The Sorrell Clinical Simulation Lab has many moving parts that can be difficult to keep track of. It allows us to keep a schedule, and track usage. The web-based software also helps us organize our Standardized Patient Employees, the equipment we use, and the reoccurring events held in the lab. This database allows me to search quickly for the information I need, and now create blocks for even more needs such as creating sign-in sheets of invoices.
- It allows me to search for data or information quickly
- Provides the ability to create forms where the information can be stored with other related information
- Recently gives the ability to create graphs or print outs with intuitive use of the data
- I would like more functionality with the calendar. The ability to see a day view and multiple schedules at once.
- More options for the form. The ability to hide questions until answering another question prompts the hidden questions to appear (true/false options).
- It has reduced time spent finding information and entering data by probably 50%.
Airtable is aesthetically pleasing and allows for easy filtering and grouping. Smartsheet and Excel are not as user friendly.
