Overall Satisfaction with Airtable

We use Airtable to automate processes around fundraisers and tasks that require us to coordinate with committees on specific projects.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Powerful features
  • Very affordable for the depth of functionality offered.

Cons

  • Could use a few more features around form design.
  • Airtable has proved a very big time saver and in working with volunteers making good use of their time has been a huge benefit for us.
We were using Google Forms and a Google Sheet to manage the process, but it was too cumbersome and not as flexible to use as a team for our purposes.
We used Airtable to manage the process around the collection of silent auction items, developing marketing content and completing the process for our largest fundraiser of the year.
