Overall Satisfaction with Airtable
We use Airtable to track the effectiveness of our interventions for students. Airtable allows us to keep track of changes to our programs and print reports easily.
- Graphics can be easily added to the database.
- The formatting of reports in Blocks is so easy for those who have more trouble with understanding technology. Much of the guess work of the traditional mail merge has been removed.
- The user interface is graphically pleasing and looks professional.
- On Blocks, in Reports, it would be nice to have a feature that would enable you to do a field summary report of your main data, without having to link to another source or the same source.
- It would be nice to be able to choose more colors and fonts for the dropdown option buttons.
- It seems as if the payment set up is geared more toward small business or personal use. It would be nice to easily use the Pro Version and pay by invoice.
- This allows our file keeping systems to be more organized.
- Our communication with each other and with our clients has been greatly enhanced.
- Airtable has empowered our employees to be able to successfully complete work with competence and professionalism.
- Access, Excel and WebMerge
The Reports in Airtable Blocks are easy to format and look professional, with a very short amount of prep time.
