Overall Satisfaction with Airtable
Airtable allows me to manage the different types of warm, dry and safe household repairs our homeowners need help with resolving.
- Collaboration - Multiuser with multiple views allows us to see the information we want to see making it very useful for sorting types of information needed.
- Linking fields - Not just your normal spreadsheet. It feels like a super smart spreadsheet
- Online forms - So intuitive and relatable, and I love how interactive it is.
- I think a basic level of printing would be nice.
- It took me a while to realize it was a tool primarily for computers that could access info from the iPhone. I thought it was an app first and foremost - I realized I was missing the BIG strengths of the product.

- Trello and Smartsheet
Trello - It was hard to print relative fields and hard to export usable data.
Smartsheet - Its still growing but didn't really have documents and jpeg insertion the way I hoped, and less "fun" to work on.
Excel - Good spreadsheets, but not a lot of extras.
Google Sheets - Its great on collaboration but not for hosting pictures and content.
