Overall Satisfaction with Airtable

Our organization is using Airtable throughout our whole organization to track leads, donations, programs, volunteers, instructors and financials.

Pros

  • Incredibly user friendly and intuitive
  • Customizable, easy-to-read reporting
  • Amazing integrations with other apps we use

Cons

  • I would love to see linking between bases
  • Clear view of current financials that allows us to know where we stand and what to focus on
  • Clear understanding of where our leads are in the process, allowing us to ensure no one is getting lost
  • Customizable planning for each employee within each area of the business
Airtable is excellent for databases you'll be working in often as well as an archive for previous data that you'll need to search.
