Overall Satisfaction with Airtable
Airtable has streamlined the way I track my sub-awards, contracts and all of the information I gather from all of our contacts. We are a small organization so I am the only one entering data at this point and our other employees are viewing the information that I have gathered. It has made it much easier for all of our program managers to see the information they need right away.
- Airtable makes it very easier to filter data by one particular field.
- Airtable makes it easy to switch views for example from calendar to spreadsheet.
- Airtable makes it very easy to share the gathered data with all of our staff.
- I would like Airtable to have an address field that is exportable into a mass mailer.
- I would also like to be able to search for duplicate entries.
- We have been able to keep better track of donors, sponsors, and volunteers which has made fundraising run smoother.
- We have been able to grab a list of emails and send out a job opening for many to share.
- We can instantly filter our network members by type to see the list of who belongs to which network.
I have really only used Microsoft Excel. I think Excel sheets are easier to do formulas and math in but I know that Airtable does do formulas. I am not as familiar with them yet.
