Overall Satisfaction with Airtable
We use Airtable to keep information for all of our contacts in order. We have various connections for the programs that we run, and Airtable helps us keep them straight and categorize based on our relationship (in this situation, companies we work with to place our students in internships, companies we visit with our students, alumni of our program, etc.) It's great for linking records so that we can see where there is overlap.

- Easy to categorize cells ($, #, email, phone, etc.)
- Would be great to link bases together
- Mobile app - smooth scrolling makes it easy to accidentally delete records
- It has made it much easier for our team members in different locations to know who is talking with who so conversations don't overlap and we don't overwhelm prospective clients
We weren't able to find anything that can do what Airtable does within the free version. We have very simple needs but needed records to connect between sheets, and that's what Airtable does. We also needed something that could easily be passed on to new employees as current employees move on.
