Overall Satisfaction with AnyDesk

We were using AnyDesk for access to client environment in order to support their work loads. During this process it is of utmost importance to use software that will save us time and keep connection secured.

Pros

  • Remote connecten
  • Remote file share
  • Ease of access remote environment

Cons

  • I would lose remembered sessions as part of the software
  • Massive business impact as it is one of the key softwares
  • Fast ROI
I am using this software on daily basics and i am super happy with it

When you have user that is not that tech savvy you can easily direct him to AnyDesk as it is easy to download run and gain access within few minutes. Especially when there is no complicated software installation.
