Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

I leverage Apollo.io at our organization to give us the correct contact information and upload prospects into various sequences. Apollo.io stores a ton of our email messaging, sequences, call lists. etc. Apollo.io helps us stay organized as it relates to our sales outreach processes. Apollo.io is one of the better but not the best of its competition.

Apollo.io is very helpful for any sales team. It is a great way to create a large database of mostly accurate contacts. This has been very helpful for my sales team as we are constantly reaching out to prospects via phone and email and looking to be as strategic as possible which Apollo.io helps us with.
Apollo.io is good but I would rank Salesloft above it. Salesloft was very easy to use and honestly much simpler as it relates from storing messaging, sequences, etc. Apollo.io is better as it relates to being able to pull contact information. outreach was probably neck and neck with Apollo.io. I would rank Salesloft first than outreach, than apollo. You can dial straight from Salesloft and outreach.

Apollo.io is well suited for sales organizations especially start ups. It can be very helpful as it relates for getting contact information, creating email messaging and sequences and making certain lists of prospects. I think the contact information can be very inconsistent at times and organizations can likely outgrow Apollo.io after a while.
