Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

We use Apollo to source phone numbers and email addresses of relevant contacts within our ICP. The Apollo extension allows us to find the right contact on LinkedIn, add them to sequence and follow all of the steps directly within the platform. This all saves us a lot of time in our outbound efforts.

  • Unfortunately don't have any concrete data points
Instead of having to jump between applications, windows and many logins, Apollo has everything in one place. This saves time and allows everything to work together seemlessley.
I have used AI for templating email outreach with varied success. Some of the templates become similar but I imagine this will improve over time.
Task overview could be improved - This will likely be where most people spend most of their time. Upcoming tasks for example, overdue tasks, upcoming tasks. The filters don't appear automatically so you have to load up old filters and change the dates which is frustrating to do every day.

If you have good messaging, a solid product and pitch but nobody to reach out to, Apollo would make it quick and easy to reach out to the relevant people, get that message across without harming your domain. Cold calling to relevant numbers and relevant people is quick and easy with Apollo.
