Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

I use Apollo.io for accessing emails and creating sequences.

Pros

  • Email look up
  • Tracking email, success rates

Cons

  • Integrating with sales navigator
  • The UI seems very convoluted, especially with your menu on the left side
  • Too early to report

Yeah there’s definitely a lot going on in Apollo.io. Some people may like receiving all of these features at once personally I would like to crawl, walk, run type of introduction to Apollo.io.
Yes it saves me time for researching prospects getting the emails and putting them into a email sequence
Giving a six out of 10 only because the menu bar on the left side has so much going on. It often seems confusing on where to start.

Apollo.io is well suited for anyone who is doing prospecting and looking to track success rates of their outreach campaign. It’s not ideal for somebody who is looking to do organization mapping.
