Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

We currently use Apollo.io for lead sourcing and outreach. Apollo addresses problems such as non personalised outreach, low volume outreach and email deliverability. All of which is important to generating clients.

We use it firstly to identify leads that are excellent fits (Which Apollo.io identifies from knowing our ICP) and what leads are a good match. We also use this for signals e.g If someone already on our CRM has changed roles. Apollo.io can then generate a personalised message why this could be done. Our scope ranges everything from sourcing, to booking them, syncing notes and updates with our CRM.

It has improved efficiency by a lot. Previously I would have to manually search on LinkedIn for keywords and set notifications for job changes on existing personas however Apollo.io gives me multiple updates across different markets, personas and industries e.g Fundraising, job changes, company hires.

All of this is now automated and it's given me more time so I can outreach and call on the phones.
Apollo.io has saved me a lot of time through the two main points:
- Less manual searching for signals: Rather spending time on Google and LinkedIn for whether someone changed jobs recently or just raised funding. Apollo.io sends me an automatic signal
- Automated sequences: Less time crafting a personalised email as Apollo.io can do it to a high standard with AI
It has many features and you can tailor messaging and list building to be as simple or as detailed as you want it. Also it stretches from every industry so it's highly versatile. Whether you want to do just cold call sequences or a mix between every channel.
The interface is also very user friendly.
On LinkedIn - It is not as personalised/granular. You can only look for prospects with industries which tend to be quite vague. Apollo.io allows Keywords which makes the search I want a lot more accurate. It also doesn't have email or call integration. I like to have everything on one platform, with LinkedIn you can only do list building and messaging via InMail.

I've had an overall great experience with Apollo.io. It allows me to reach out to my ideal customer profile at scale while being able to customise my messaging and workflow. It's also extremely easy to keep track of which leads are warm, not interested and ones to nurture.
I also find it extremely useful for lead sourcing - There's a lot of filters I can use to make my list as granular as possible.
