Overall Satisfaction with Appian
Currently being deployed in Underwriting for a single task interface and automation. Future deployment in operations to streamline and automate business processes and handle work distribution and system hand-offs. We are in the infancy of integrating Appian but the team at Appian has been top notch as they assist us in moving forward with this process.
- Streamline business processes
- Automate system hand-offs
- Develop single user interface for multiple processes and systems
- I'd like to see Appian develop their own robotics platform
- Improve their R&D in AI
Appian is leaner and provides a quicker deployment. Pega has "off-the-shelf" solutions and is more invested in AI and robotics.
