Appian at University of South Florida

My team has worked closely with Appian support of a number of issues and requests for information. Their support team is both professional and timely in their responses. All of our developers heavily use Appian's provided library of functions, recipes, and examples. We have also had decent success using the Appian community to find development solutions.

The team at the University of South Florida has successfully implemented Appian in a variety of ways. These applications have greatly improved many of the pen and paper processes that once plagued our users. As we continue to grow and scale with Appian, we continue to find and solve complex processes that have improved the experience of all of our users. We have experimented using it for applications, such as database management, but were met with mixed results. Where it's strongest Process management. Integration with other tools (IE: Mulesoft, Fitnesse, Docusign, PowerBI, Microsoft Suite). Where it's weakest Reporting of both process metrics and data from the database. Managing the connected database.
