Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Appian is used to organize workflows within the company for procurement, legal, engineering, and GIS mapping. Project information is also stored in Appian.

Pros and Cons

Workflows, assigning things to people, and delineating steps
Providing structure to an organization

UI design: some things are just clunky--circular references
Presentation of information is rough in some places.
Integrations with other tools such as ESRIs Portal

Return on Investment

Enables my team to operate more efficiently.

Support Rating

I don't interact with the support team.

Usability

Appian is very easy to pick up and learn but the UI could be modernized.
