In our organization, Appian is used by every employee across the whole organization including the interns so as to ease the internal processes starting from onboarding, leave requests, timesheet submission, and most of the business workflows that need approval.

- Better support with respect to product issues.
- Capability to connect with multiple systems.

Cons
- More site branding options.
- It gave a positive impact on ROI by providing the business process metrics real-time to make sufficient actions.
Appian has enormously transformed and keeps on updating the product every quarter to meet the latest needs of the world with new innovations & technologies being integrated within the platform. What gives more pleasure than a product that keeps on continuous[ly] improv[ing]?
