Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are an insurance agency with agents that have multiple days or times that are in and out of the office, we are able to use Apple iCloud Calendar (iCal) to be able to coordinate times and dates that everyone will or won't be in the office and it gives others a time block that is color coordinated to be able to organize their own times and dates accordingly. It has been a gamechanger.

Cons

Inviting others that may not have iphones to use the calendar and all functions.

Return on Investment

Being able to keep up with our employees calendars to schedule appointments for them if needed.
Being able to give out information on employees schedules at a glance with ease.

Usability

I am sure there is something that could be improved - if I had any suggestion it would be that users are able to integrate their calendar with others that do not have an iPhone to be able to make it more usable to everyone.

Alternatives Considered

Google Calendar and Skylight

Apple iCloud Calendar (iCal) is more user friendly for me and for the other employees that I have because we are usually Mac based so being able to use something that coordinates with all of our devices is a major game changer in our industry.

Corporate accounts, school accounts for students or teachers alike. Definitely for parents and children that have multiple activities or schedules to keep up with between themselves. Any household that has more than two people could benefit from using Apple iCloud Calendar (iCal).
