Overall Satisfaction with Arcoro HR

I use it for HR, ATS, Onboarding, Performance reviews, and benefits.

Pros

  • Auto renews postings.
  • The reports are very detailed.
  • Tracks a lot of information.

Cons

  • Getting the setup done correctly the first time.
  • Be more user-friendly, and access support helps a lot faster.
  • Integrations need improvement.
  • Tying in all the systems and services to work correctly.
  • You need to make the reports easily editable. It takes too long to create a basic report.
  • It's had a negative impact. The system isn't working as it should, and we constantly have to manipulate the data we get from Arcoro.
N/A we don't use this.
Again, in my experience, the system and features aren't working as they should. Information is too compartmentalized.

We are still new to Arcoro HR. They don't have all the bugs figured out yet. So, I can't say how well the system works. Based on our experience so far, it seems Arcoro HR is new to the HRIS space and needs significant improvement. Depending on the industry, Arcoro would be a good fit. Not so much for G.C's
