Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
My team uses Articulate 360 to create training for Compliance, Environmental Health and Safety, Information Technology, Human Resources and other Departments across multiple internal companies. This product allows multiple content creators to collaborate when creating courses. It also allows for collaboration when requesting Subject Matter Experts review and comment on training.
Pros
- Articulate allows for importing content from PowerPoint
- Text to Speech narration from slide notes
- Quick course creation with Templates
Cons
- real-time collaboration on training (multiple users on a single course at the same time)
- Limiting users to quiz attempts (persistence when closing and relaunching the course)
- Provide multiple options for displaying/grouping frequently used tools
- able to create training at a fraction of the cost of 3rd party vendors
- able to update training as needed rather than going back to 3rd party
Articulate 360 allows for more drag and drop training creation than Captivate. The Captivate program is more suited for very customized training created with programming.
