Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
We use Articulate 360 to train our employees with different topics, such as safety, new products, interactive overview for new SharePoint, trying to create ways to keep the learners engaged and providing simple and effective way for learning.
Pros
- Can be as interactive as you want.
- Rise for more simple training.
- Storyline for creating more complex training.
Cons
- Perhaps more training or knowledge for using javascript for Storyline.
- Looking forward to more customization options for Rise with the new custom blocks.
- More training on creating sim type of training with Storyline.
- Better photo editing when trying to creating buttons or drop-down options for menu choices. It's hard to keep everything the same size and text. Also it's sometimes hard to create smaller hotspots with the borders with the drop-down menus.
- A simpler way when choosing or customizing the states when creating a hangman type of game and select letters, for example. Like selecting the right and wrong letters.
- Reduce safety accidents
- Increase knowledge of specific process, which help reduce time spent on installation
Our company uses a couple of different LMS system to distribute training. But I have created Storyline and added that into a Rise module. We also have other products used for creating videos (ex: Vyond) and/or Audition for voiceovers, but sometimes still integrate those into a Rise or Storyline modules.
The AI assistant is new to me, I have never learned or heard of this. But I'm looking forward in testing these for future learning modules.
