Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use Articulate 360 to create elearning courses to help teach our employees how to do their jobs, safety information, hr topics, etc. It helps us to easily create and deploy solutions to train our workforce. It also allows us to be more productive in the development of learning solutions

Pros

  • short learning curve which helps me quickly teach others to use
  • different products for different types of learning
  • great learning community that helps with ideas and solutions
  • always looking at ways to make the product better and more user friendly

Cons

  • more prebuilt interactions that already utilize variables so I don't have to think about how to create
  • better image library -- can't always find what I need for my industry (gas and electric utility)
  • continue adding more realistic voices -- even for those who aren't afforded the ability to purchase the AI assistant
  • We have been able to bring development in-house vs. contracting with an outside company which has saved budget money
  • Articulate 360 has allowed us to speed up development time which has lead to the ability to create more course to meet demand
  • We have found a variety of other ways to use the Articulate tools to create solutions that may not be seen as traditional learning solutions.
I primarily utilize Rise and Storyline to create learning solutions and then publish them to Review so that I can quickly and easy get feedback from my SMEs. I have to say that Review has been a lifesaver and has eliminated a lot of meetings to review content and gather SME feedback. Prior to the release of Review, I had used another online review tool that was similar but I'm so happy to have this all combined into one product suite. PLUS the ability to see review comments directly in the tool has been wonderful and a timesaver!
I have only had the opportunity to play with AI Assistant when it was first released. I'm working on a business case to purchase as I can see SO many benefits of this additional capability to speed up production.
Articulate 360 is a well thought out suite of products that are easy to use and can help you quickly create engaging elearning courses. And I love that the company is continually seeking and listening to it's customers on how to improve its product line. And and BIG plus is the elearning heros community.
Articulate is way more user friendly and not as complex as some of the other tools on the market.

I have been a fan of Articulate 360 since it came on the market. The product designers have done a great job in making a suite of products that are easy to use and meet many of the challenges ID's face from their customers. The Articulate 360 suite has really allowed me to showcase my abilities to create learning solutions that meet my customer's needs and also WOW them a bit!
