Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
We have 5 seats in our group and these are used almost daily. We often work separately on specific projects but I'm trying to promote more collaborative approaches. Our training has been very traditional and it has helped move us forward. It has improved the quality and simplified the process of our internal content creation as well as adding a consistent look and feel to some training.
Pros
- Storyline is great
- The micro-learning format is a great addition
- I feel the Reach 360 LMS would be useful if we could use within my organisation.
- Ease of use for newbies.
Cons
- Wish that projects could be switched between the normal Rise courses and Micro-learning format to decide which we prefer.
- The Review 360 is a good idea but in reality is pretty basic. Wish comments could be reviewed and edits made via some link between Review and the original in Rise. Also the comments don't always link well as the content can be deep within material somewhere, so some kind of highlight to link would be great. This would be almost impossible for Storyline embedded I appreciate.
- In the future I hope the AI assist will simply be the norm, rather than an add on.
- More content creation.
- Consistency
- Supports our face to face training.
I typically use Rise and Storyline. The add-ons in PowerPoint are also great. We have used Review 360 but it has limitations. I have explored the Reach 360 app, but we already use an LMS, so this isn't a priority at the moment as the added cost for more access is prohibitive.
I only got to explore AI assistant for the 3 week trial. It appeared helpful and it I hope it will become part of the norm in the future. The image creation suffers from the same AI bias as other AI image generators (gender, race, age).
Articulate 360 stacks up well.
