Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline for eLearning course development in our organization. The courses we build in Articulate 360 reach about 10k users anytime, anywhere. Storyline and Rise are both incredibly powerful eLearning development tools that are user friendly, powerful, and customizable.

Pros

Cons

  • Some functionality updates requested in the eLearning Heroes Forum have been there for years and it can be frustrating running into these very old issues that haven't yet been fixed.
  • Decreased training costs
  • Efficiency in course development
We've only used Rise and Storyline for course development, and Review 360 to send SMEs courses to review. We love it!
I liked using the AI Assistant trial, and can see how it would be beneficial for increasing efficiencies. However our company will not approve of the use of AI products at this time.
I would give a 10 to Rise and Review, and a 7 to Storyline because it is a beast that has a significant learning curve for those breaking into course development. It is a very powerful, and complex tool.

Rise is great for quick turnaround courses that have built-in functionality and accessibility. Storyline is perfect for extreme customization with triggers, layout, interactions, etc.
