Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
I creating learning solutions for a specialty pharmacy. 90% of what we create is technical/functional training. We also create training for an inbound phone team to address patient concerns about their billing. We use Rise for FG/LG format of in class and virtual training. We create SL files for more self-paced, LMS released trainings.
Pros
- Usability
- Options
- E-learning Heroes
Cons
- Please add an option to enter a full color palette into the theme, vs just one color
- Please allow rise blocks to be dragged and dropped vs having to use the arrows
- Please add an option to download text entry fields.
- Speed to proficiency has improved
- Better quality for hot topic issues with authentic assessments in SL
I use SL for more self-paced, LMS released trainings. I also include storyline blocks into rise. Some of these are small interactions where we want the learner to do something and it’s not available in Rise, or we want to customize it more that allowed in Rise. We also will insert full relearning SL modules if they are relevant to the training topic, and not required to be tracked on the LMS. This allows our learners to stay inside Rise vs going to the LMS. It also allows flexibility with the facilitator, because they can play the course for the whole class to watch, or allow them to take on their own.
I have not used AI yet. We just got approved for it and I can’t wait!
1000% better and easier to use than captivate. It looks so much better too. And 100% customizable.
