Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

Articulate 360 allows us to build training that can scale across the enterprise. This software allows us to customize our learning solutions and create engaging and hands-on learning experiences. It is the top tool in the industry for a reason. The ideal use case for this product would be for delivering consistent training solutions for groups who cannot all gather in one place for classroom training.

Pros

  • It provides training for new users and opportunities for users to continue to develop their skills in this space.
  • It provides a community for its users to collaborate and solve problems together as needed.
  • It allows for collaborative work between users on the same team and makes the review process simple and easy.

Cons

  • Articulate 360 can be a little glitchy. If you have the desktop software open for a long period of time, you should hit save every free changes.
  • Though Rise is collaborative, storyline is not. This is an area of improvement.
  • Another area of improvement is to focus more of how the user can interact with AI.

While I don’t use Reach, I’ve heard great things about the tool. I appreciate how Rise and Storyline can be used for different types of training content and that the company provides guidance around this. Storyline is my favorite tool, but I appreciate that you can import Storyline blocks into Rise.
While I’ve heard great things about Articulate 360 AI and have seen some demos, I have not personally used this tool myself. I appreciate how the features allow for even more customization, speed to development, and custom image generation. I can not wait to continue to explore this new addition to the Articulate 360 software.
Between the intuitiveness of the software and all of the training available, it’s pretty easy to learn about and use the software. The ability to add code gives you a chance to consistently upskill and understand what new things you can bring to the table each year. Love this partner.
I have not used any other elearning development software other than Articulate 360. Though, I have seen demos of other products and while they are great, they still don’t seem to be as great as Articulate 360. This opinion also shows up in other places like product reviews and instructional design groups on Facebook.

It’s simple to learn and allows you to bring the ideas from your mind to life. It limits the need to buy outside products because there are built in images, characters and videos. However, you can still import external items to enhance your project. It’s a great tool that I would recommend to anyone.
