We trust that Articulate 360 will create courses that look polished and professional, which helps our users trust our content.
Pros
- Customization
- Attractive design
- Opportunities for interactivity
Cons
- Would like even more customization options
- More accessible course creation
- Ability to create courses much faster
- Decreased training costs due to asynchronous instruction
We primarily author our courses in Rise 360 and use Storyline interactions as needed. Rise 360 allows us to create a standard look and feel for our all of our courses and curriculum. Storyline allows for much more creativity and customization. We review all our courses using the Review 360 feature. This allows for a seamless review with both internal and external stakeholders and helps tremendously with version control.
I do not use the AI assistant at this time so I cannot accurately speak to any of the benefits of this tool. Perhaps in the future I will use more of Articulate 360's AI customization features, but at the moment I am trying to refrain from using AI due to the ethical and environmental impacts.
Articulate 360 is easier to use out of the box. It is much more intuitive and does not require as much specialized knowledge. It makes learning design simple and fun. It also allows for just as much customization and looks just as good. It really is a seamless piece of software.
