Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I work virtual and am using it to manage projects and work with my manager to prioritize and assign tasks. I am also using it personally, to keep track of to-do's and plan our upcoming wedding!

Assign multiple users to a task
Have 1 dashboard for all tasks - both personal and by company
iPad able to see/download/upload files - currently is a grayed out section

Return on Investment

Better virtual relationship - we are always on the same page
Easy Meeting Minute taking - I wish there was a way to email out the notes and specifc tasks

Adobe Connect,Basecamp,Concur,Dropbox,Good,Google Voice,GoToMeeting

All the platforms are beneficial for various reasons. Asana is the only one I log in to every day.

As long as it's free - I will continue to use it daily.

It's great for organizing projects, breaking down projects to achievable tasks, assigning ownership and relaying expectations by setting deadlines.
