Overall Satisfaction with Asana

Asana is used as a project tracker for our internal PR team where we delegate tasks to one another. It's used for tracking deadlines and having an understanding of what everyone is working on.
  • Show due dates so we can stay on track.
  • Lets everyone view tasks.
  • Able to track individual projects and larger campaigns.
  • Make messaging easier, almost like email on tasks.
  • It helps keep track of big campaigns/initiatives, resulting in productive activations that increase revenue.
Workamajig builds timelines and in Asana you have to do it manually. It would be great if we could build templates to see what days we will need certain projects by.
Asana is the best to manage smaller teams. It's easy for PR and Social to keep track of who is owning which project, etc. I think it's less appropriate when one task has too many people contributing or changing deadlines. Whoever makes the due date should be the only one to change it.
