Overall Satisfaction with Asana

Asana is a very good option for the management of projects and the monitoring of assigned tasks, in my work I have several people in my team, so it is necessary to constantly monitor the tasks and projects in execution to ensure that they are carried out in the best way possible. It is there that Asana makes my work much easier since the application allows me to do the respective follow-up to the work without having to move from place to place.

The software is definitely very friendly and easy to use, it doesn't take much practice, it really has a friendly and fun interface.
It is a point to improve, on one occasion I entered a support request and it took more than three days to respond, and when they gave it was no longer needed.
Both software are very similar to each other, even in the economic factor, the reason we choose Asana over the others is because of its usability, the software is very easy to use which helps to get the most out of it, in addition to the integrations that provide Asana with other devices is greater than these.
Asana allows us to collect the weekly advances and present them easily in a single report detailing the projection, progress, and delays.
